Too much work, not enough hands? It might be time to take on an intern. We’ll help you find the right pair of hands to see your business grow, hurdling barriers you encounter and keeping costs under control with part-funded wages.
Identify and bridge gaps. Tighten up your knowledge. Boost your motivation. The right mentor can really help you go places. Working with you we can identify, enlist and contribute up to £1000 towards the cost of a mentor.
Got an idea for a way to improve your business performance, but need help getting it off the ground? We offer a rolling programme of grants for up to 80% of eligible costs (maximum grants are £5,000), per business.
Starting out is exciting. But it’s not always easy. In partnership with Cornwall College, we’re looking for 24 graduate start-ups with the ideas, commitment and potential to go far. Together we’ll work with you to identify what you want to achieve, then support you to get there, from helping you find your first workspace to coaching and advice on how to grow, while still staying true to your creative spirit.

Together with experienced international trade advisors we’ll help you pinpoint potential markets and get you export-ready, with the scope for financial support to explore what export opportunities are out there for you.
With a finger on the pulse of Cornwall’s creative community and a pocket full of specialist contacts, we’re experienced at creating workshops, sessions and training that add real value. Listening to all the creative businesses we’re working with, we’ll tap into what you’re telling us you need, to offer development sessions that sharpen your skills and business know how.

Led by our partner Real Ideas Organisation (RIO), these labs are a chance for you to get a fresh perspective on your working practice.
